Ali Baba and his gang of humour merchants arrived the Nigerian comedy scene adding panache, glamour and value to the otherwise bleak industry. Gone are the days when comedians used to be seen as misfits, now they are amongst the nation’s crème de la crème. Francis Agoda, popularly known as I Go Dye belongs to these group of comedians smiling to the bank.
The talented comedian who just built his mother a mansion has revealed why he embarked on such a laudable project. He took to his Instagram page, saying he once lived in a one room with his mum.
According to him:”Reminiscing on this picture,takes me way back to a journey, that saw me living with my mother in one room.The curtains that was behind me,was a piece of cloth that my grand mum gave to us to cover the entrance of our door.it was so bad then, all that kept me going was the creative gift of innovating things like Solar fan, radio transmitter, fly Helicopter, Hover craft ship .this gave me a smile each time I got compliments.
